Fershman maintains a selective, research-oriented structure to ensure every publication meets institutional-level standards. Recruitment takes place each Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters.

Fershman welcomes undergraduate students from all majors who have strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and an interest in markets, finance, and policy. Prior experience in writing or finance is not required, but a genuine interest in research-driven analysis is essential.
