Who We Are
Fershman is more than a publication. It’s a statement: sharp, unapologetic, and driven by the minds that see through noise and speak with clarity.
We’re looking for bold contributors — analysts, students, thinkers, investors, operators — with something to say. If you can spot a market pattern before it hits headlines, break down economic trends like a scalpel through skin, or challenge today’s orthodoxies with elegance and data, we want to hear from you.
Whether you’re writing from a hedge fund in Manhattan, a dorm room in Chicago, or a café in Tel Aviv, Fershman is the place where high-conviction minds come to publish.
What We Publish
We publish original, opinionated, and surgically written content across:
Markets & Macro: Insightful analysis of financial trends, earnings, interest rates, and global capital flows.
Geopolitics & Policy: Strategic takes on how global politics shape economic power.
Capitalism, Technology, and Power: Essays that connect dots others miss.
Deep Dives: Profiles, case studies, historical parallels, and contrarian takes that change how people think.
Fershman Views: Personal essays with an economic lens — unapologetically subjective, but always sharp.
Submission Guidelines
We accept pitches and finished drafts. Ideal submissions:
- Range from 600 to 2,000 words, depending on style and depth
- Are fact-based, clearly sourced, and aim to challenge, not echo
- Prefer originality over summary. We’re not interested in what’s already been said
- Balance voice and clarity — your argument should hit, but the writing should glide
- Can include visuals, charts, or footnotes (especially for data-heavy pieces)
